Looking for a fun and supportive way to improve your fitness from home? Our free Zoom Fitness Sessions are open to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or sporting background. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, increase your general fitness, or simply stay active and motivated, you’re welcome to join us.

Sessions are designed to be challenging but adaptable, with exercises that can be modified to suit a wide range of abilities and experience levels. Whether you’re an experienced athlete, returning to exercise after a break, recovering from injury, or just getting started on your fitness journey, you’ll find a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Simply complete the registration form below and you’ll receive a welcome email containing the current training program and details on how to join the sessions. If you have any questions, fitness goals, or injury considerations, feel free to include them in the comments section of the form.

Equipment: Access to a Concept 2 rowing machine or a treadmill

Session duration: approx. 30 minutes

Session times: Mondays and Wednesdays, 6.00pm
