Follow my journey after my selection for the Australian Team to compete in the Super Sprint race at the Age Group World Championships of Triathlon in Pontevedra, Spain.
As mentioned in my “about me” I am also a triathlete, I have been doing triathlon for 30 years, and my move to coxing was basically pre determined by my triathlon; I found I couldn’t do both competitively as the rowing was counter productive to my triathlon performances. A change that I have never looked back from, i love coxing and i have improved my triathlon as a result!
I diarised my recent journey as a bit of a “keep safe” mainly for myself, but why not share my thoughts, battles, and mindsets throughout this training journey.
