Standard Returns Policy for Easy Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are experiencing an issue with the product, we will do our best to resolve the problem.
We may offer a refund under the following conditions:
- You have not downloaded the product.
- You contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.
- You can demonstrate that the product does not function as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue after attempting support.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Compatibility issues with your personal setup if the product description was clear.
- Failure to read the product description or system requirements.
